Nicolas Vermeiren has been a hobby brewer for more than 5 years and obtained the degree of "Technician in fermentation processes - brewery" at the COOVI in Anderlecht.
After many test brews, he is now launching his first beer on the market!
Nicolas wants to brew innovative craft beers on a small scale, with respect for the Belgian beer culture. Gastronomy and food pairing are also part of this.
The KLAAS/BIER logo represents the duality that the brewer wants to create with his beers. On the one hand, innovate, but also honor the Belgian beer tradition. Bringing together different flavors. Have beer play a full role in gastronomy.
